Wayne PWR — Grid-Connected DC Fast Charging Platform

Led end-to-end product development and commercial launch of a modular, grid-connected infrastructure platform — directing a 30-person cross-functional team spanning hardware engineering, software, manufacturing, procurement, and customer support from concept to market in under 24 months. Achieved 98.6% uptime across initial deployments across retail, fleet, and commercial environments.

Porsche North America — Charging Infrastructure Ecosystem

Built Porsche's entire North American charging infrastructure ecosystem from the ground up — founding the Destination Charging Program, designing the Porsche Charging Service platform, and architecting the Electrify America partnership that became an industry benchmark subsequently adopted by competing automakers.

Served as primary bridge between network engineering and enterprise OEM partners across one of the largest public DC fast charging networks in the U.S. — translating complex automaker requirements into platform specifications and leading cross-functional software initiatives improving network operations, uptime, and interoperability.
